Our Practitioners

Manon Vermette, RMT

Manon trained at the International Academy of Massage, graduating with honours in 2004. Prior to studying massage therapy Manon was a professional dancer with over 30 years experience as a Dance instructor.

Manon has always been fascinated by the mechanisms and complexities of the human system which has inspired her to search for ways to improve her own physical wellness and overall health. Through her career as a massage therapist and her personal business ‘Integral Body Works’ Manon has effectively combined her passion for wellness and her love of teaching with her deep understanding of the physical system. Manon’s quest towards optimal health has led her to study Cranial Sacral therapy and Jin shin acupressure. Early in 2020 she became accredited as a Bio Energetic Synchronization Technique (B.E.S.T.) practitioner through the Morter Health Institute.

Manon observed how with each modality she could guide clients to greater and greater degrees of wellness, so in 2021 she continued her education, completing the Energy Codes Coaching program and Energy Codes Facilitator program through the Morter Health Institute.

The following year, Manon completed the yoga teachers training program with BodyAwake School of Yoga becoming a certified RYT200 yoga teacher with a specialized BodyAwake Yoga certification.

Through her own healing and wellness journey Manon came to realize that healing was an inside job. She explains “ I’ve learned that the human system is equipped with all it needs to heal, what I do is help my clients to remove the obstacles that are keeping the healing from happening”.
